Mrs. Lamb is the best realtor I had ever tackled buying a house with. She is the realtor you want to work with, because she is trusted, dependable, knowledgeable, and caring. She will give her whole heart into what you see as your dream house and will direct you only to the best people that can make your dream come true. I was afraid of the process of buying a house from family and friend's experience. Never did I ever think I would find someone like Shanda. My experience was amazing and smooth. I highly recommend Shanda Lamb to sell your home! We were impressed with her professionalism from the moment she entered our home. She was right on point with the price we should ask for our home. We interviewed several other realtors who were all over the place with pricing. We had 3 offers and a full price contract within the first 9 days!!! Shanda is the best Realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is ahead on every aspect of the sale. Shanda went out of her way to make sure that everything that came up as a problem was taken care of. She consulted me and informed me about every situation. She stood in for me when it was impossible for me to attend a meeting.
