I have used many realtors over my long life and Shanda is the best one I have had. She actually listens to your wants & concerns. All questions were answered and if she didn't know the answer she found out quickly. Solved all issues with her battery of local contacts. Very personable and easy to work with and she will get you to where you want to be.

Shanda sold our home with such ease. She was very attentive, and always worked around my very hectic work schedule. She had our best interests in mind through the whole process, and always had a smile on her face. She even helped us to find a rental home since we weren't ready to buy a home before closing on ours, and referred us to a realtor in the area we are moving to, which made things so much easier on us. STOP don't look any further for a realtor. Shanda is the one you WANT and NEED. I know we all have friends or relatives in the real estate business only to find out you made a big mistake. Shanda goes above and beyond everyone's expectations. my wife and i have bought and sold 7 homes over the years and we never called any of those realtors back. We have purchased two homes and sold one with Shanda as our realtor. Shanda is very attentive and always has our best interest in mind. When you are speaking with her regarding your matters, she treats you like you are her only client and gives you her full attention.
