Incompetent at billing paperwork, resulting in a 4-month 3-way battle of bureaucracy with Labcorp, my insurance company, and the practice. I'll be honest: the care providers are attentive, the people working at the front desk are nice, and I wanted to like this practice as a brand new patient. I had a good feeling about it.
