A very smart place to shop. Our families have been dealing with Shamrock Jewelers for decades now. The level of customer service is beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. Always prompt, cordial, and professional you can see how they go way out of their way to help you with your problem, I've had watches fixed, sold them estate jewelry, had custom jewelry made and not once have I ever been disappointed. Awesome Everything!!!! I am new to the area and saw an add on TV or heard about this store called Provident down in the middle of Palm Beach. So I took a chance and went on down to the store and right off the bat got pissed off because there is NO parking! Finally I get inside the store and a nice enough guy asks me if he can help and I told him I was looking for a certain Patek watch and you would have thought I ask to see the Hope Diamond! Wonderful Shopping @ Shamrock Me and my boyfriend just purchased jewelry from Tony. We are VERY PLEASED with Tony and the staff. They are VERY attentive, polite and helpful. We have made Shamrock our favorite and only place to buy. Hopefully if we ever decide to get married Tony will design our rings. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very satisfying experience This is the only jeweler store where I can get the batteries for my watch. Even though they have to send it out, it is usually back in a few days. Great price too.

unprofessional & liar My fiance bought the diamond for my engagement ring from Tony at Shamrock Jewelers. He was VERY attentive while we were picking out the stone, and always returned our calls, when he wanted our money. When he finished the ring, he NEVER gave us the diamond certificate that goes with every registered stone. He repeated lied when we asked for it, saying it was on it's way, or that he had already given it to us(he had NOT) etc.. I have made over 20 phone calls, and talked to him only once. Fabulous place to shop !!! my family and I have been doing business here for over 20 years .... A great place to shop and learn ..... They dont just sell you a piece of jewelry or a diamond ... they educate you as well. Tony is the BEST .... handles everything you want and then some. Don't be fooled by the nice, praising notes about Shamrock Jewelers and Tony Simpson. They are probably made by Tony himself. The truth is Tony is a scam artist, liar and thief. He has cheated and stolen over $100,000 from me, over a half million from my family members and over 15 million from a dozen others.
