Great service. They perform a twice annual system checkup on my AC. They always inform me of problems and how to fix them. Rocky went beyond what I expected and did some extra work to maintain my system.

A/C went out for the second time in little over a year. The first company was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and never cared to just do a quick check over the system. Jay was extremely friendly and personable and did a little overhaul on the system and thoroughly checked the system. Also gave me some tips on maintenance and filter logic. Jay and Shamrock definitely understand good business ethics!

Rcoky came out today, Sunday, on an emergency basis. Our AC went out here in Phoenix in July, and it was over 100 degrees outside. He was pleasant, efficient, and in the end my AC was working again in short order. What I loved most was that there was no hard sell to try to get me to replace either smaller parts or the whole unit, which I often get from other AC repair companies here in town. This was a five star experience, and I'll recommend them to all my friends.
