Shamrock Gardens by far is a great community overall, the grounds and property are consistently clean and protected by onsite law enforcement daily.A great friendly and helpful staff and a daycare that is conveniently onsite, everything you could ever ask for is in a community is here LITERALLY! I've recently become a part of the community and have been welcomed with open arms, I enjoy myself and feel safe being here at Shamrock Gardens.
Great place to live...it's safe and affordable and the Staff are like family. Did I mention it was SAFE... DC
I moved to Shamrock Gardens back in September 2013 with a roommate. That did not work out so I began to search for another apartment outside of Shamrock in the neighborhood...Long story short I got my own apartment here in Shamrock Gardens and it has been a HAPPY, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL experience thus far. I would recommend anyone here who wants comfortable living in a community. Shamrock ROCKS!!!!
I recently had the opportunity to visit several of the apartment complexes in the area of the Shamrock Gardens Apartments and was surprised to find this little gem in the midst of several multi-family complexes ranging from well-cared for to blighted and vacant. Shamrock Gardens offers its residents a comfortable, clean and secure environment. The staff are actively engaged with the residents and take time to get to know them. It is the only complex in the area with high iron fencing and visible security.
Shamrock Gardens has lots of activities available for resident's kids: weekly movie nights, a play ground and day care on site, and community events on a quarterly basis. My family and I feel safe and happy living here. We plan on calling this our home for a very long time.
Great Place with affordable apartments. The staff is great and will help you with whatever you need. A very quiet neighborhood and a safe place to raise you children. They also have a nice daycare center.
Shamrock Gardens have made some steady improvements over the year. I have lived there for 2 years to see it for my self. The staff is great and friendly and they will work with you if you get behind on your rent. Also, Brent, the apartment owner, is a caring individual who makes sure that his residents are happy.
