I have called Shamrock home for over 20 years, and I truly can't imagine living anywhere else. I have wonderful neighbors who look out for one another, and I've made many lasting friendships here. I love the area and appreciate how convenient and peaceful it is. The office staff has always been kind, professional, and willing to help whenever needed, and the maintenance team does an excellent job keeping the property looking nice and addressing concerns promptly.
Management is professional but you have to constantly watch your back around maintenance. He is gross and rude. He will do anything he can to piss you off and they refuse to fire him and hire someone new even though he has cost them so many tenants. He left a saw on my floor when I have a toddler (who is the one who brought it to me) and he will enter your apartment without even knocking. Multiple times he entered without me even getting a notice as well.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Friends lived here and they had nothing but horrible experiences. Roaches that the management did absolutely nothing about. Even health department got involved and management ~still~ neglected the problem and ignored it. After move out they said apartment was left a mess and they lost deposit even though I was there helping and know for a fact it was left just fine! They’re a scam do not go here
I lived here for two years before I was finally able to move. Very shortly after signing my lease renewal for my second year I began seeing cockroaches. Repeatedly reporting more and more bugs every couple of weeks, with maintenance entering my apartment without permission there was never any relief of the roaches.
