My primary care doctor and insurance company sent an authorization to them for my first visit as a new patient. I called them on three occasions and left messages no one returned my calls. After trying numerous calls over the next two days hoping to get a person to answer the phone I quit trying. I have requested another eye care doctor having notified my insurance and primary doctor of my experience.

Dr Maya is very knowledgeable and caring about her patients. Joshua in the optical department goes the extra mile to help with the purchases of my glasses, responding to my calls promptly, with amazing manners. Joshua is awesome 😎
Maya Shammas is a wonderful woman and an excellent Optomoligist! I would highly recommend her. The office has the nicest workers. Always kind and friendly.
