Worked closely with the team at Shamim engineering for our multi-family project. Very attentive to details, while helping us reduce our overall construction cost. When it came to HVAC design of our single family residence, Shamim worked meticulously close with our interior designer. The HVAC system was designed in such a discreet manner that everything was well hidden, and yet, fully functional.

Hands down the best engineering company I have ever worked with. Our project was a multi-family condo that needed a plumbing re-pipe. The team quickly turned around plans and got approval from the City without any problems. One of the most stress free building experiences I have had.
