This is a horrible place. I wish i could give this place zero stars. This is the worst facial I have ever encountered in my life. This place charged me $55 dollars and she stayed in the room with me for less than 15 minutes total. This lady started out with a little face massage and put on a face polish and left me in the room laying there for 10 minutes. She came back and turned on the steam and told me she would be back. HORRIBLE! Would NOT recommend. Shamim is very unprofessional and cannot respect other people's time. She has one set of rules for her own, but does not care to do same for customer. Poor service.

Worst Ever! They CHEAT you out of your money!! – So, I went for my permanent hair straightening today with a friend of mine. She took me to this parlor and i haven't been back in several years because of her cheating me out before. You would think that a normal store would give a discount or at least keep the price they told you especially when you bring in more customers for them. WRONG. They truly suck! – I would give them a zero rating if that were an option. They do not welcome you when you enter the door, they make you wait while they gossip instead of seating you and performing you service - even when there is no one else in the shop! Some of the techs seem to feel like they are too good to perform work on certain customers. They will pass you along to the newbies and wait for the fellow Indians to come in. The manager takes the tips. Please complain to change this. – This place is great. They do a wonderful job with brows and the folks who work there work very hard, but you need to know that the manager is very selfish and keeps all of the tips. It's worth going there because of the value and quality of the work performed, but please voice your disapproval of the tip policy to the manager when you get there. Better yet, ask to speak to the manager, then hand her a few pennies so she can feel like she has successfully milked he... read more

Aisha is great – Yes, i am AIsha's client, NO doubt she is a very hard working person, i would say a great eyebrow expert i wish she worked there more days.... she always squeezes you in unless if its super buzy.... i have been going there for past 4 yrs. i love it..! i would say go to her..!!

best threading anywhere – ive been at many diff. cities for these services & this by far is the best. they remember who you are. im assuming that its under new management as the entire place looks different. it seems as if the owners not around & her daughters taken over. place looks good. service has improved greatly. give them a chance once again. been going there for years.

very unprofessional attitude – very unprofessional, girls like to gossip with each other while they work. Infact, they give first priority to their gossip, roaming around while you are eagerly waiting on the chair to get ur stuff done. I hope the owner of the parlor notices and set things right so that girls are more discplined and give first priority to the client. We are spending $$$ after all.
