I’ve been attending Shambala open sits every Tuesday for the last three months. The executive team at the center take great pride in caring for the space and each person I’ve had the pleasure of sitting with has been welcoming and kind. There are always fresh flowers, snacks at the book + discussion events and smiling faces from humble fellow meditators. I also really appreciate how Shambala has opened their doors to a handful of other meditation groups. Everyone is welcome! 🤗
