I have bought and sold many homes over the last 60 years and have never had an experience like this one. Shama handled the listing which was done quite well. But, it was the actual sale and negotiation that was truly remarkable. Shama brought us an offer for $1M MORE than asking but it fell through, within 24 hours she had secured a second offer for MORE!
