I was only given a one-day work excuse unless I enrolled in another service they offered. The conditional nature of the paperwork felt uncomfortable. Both programs ran by the same MD. Not illegal but definitely felt a bit unethical. Student doctor during my initial evaluation was very thorough and personable. I never saw the prescribing MD but the business practices made me feel too uneasy. For that reason I cannot proceed.
I recently completed PHP and IOP treatment at Shallowford Wellness Center and cannot say enough about the exceptional care I received from both the administrative and treatment teams. Dr. Mehdi is an outstanding psychiatrist who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, understand my symptoms and limitations, and ensures I fully understand my diagnosis and treatment plan.
