I recently moved into Shallowford Apartments, and my experience so far has been very disappointing. This month I received a very high water and sewer bill of $225—my first full month here. In my previous apartments, my average combined bill was around $100, so this is unusually high. I reached out to the Property Manager multiple times through email (including follow-ups) but got no response. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I was just reading a review from someone named Taylor and I have to agree with her sentiments. I moved here a few months ago and from day 1 I Was disappointed. I was supposed to move in in one day but they ended up pushing it back an entire week because cleaning and maintenance hadn’t been complete and when I came to pick up my keys to move in and do a walk through- it still wasn’t done.
