I’m from the Uk, and I came here based on reviews. I am so happy with hair, I had micro links done and my hair went from a blonde/brown to a nice auburn/red/ginger. I love it so much and have received untold compliments. Gianni is an amazing stylist who deserves the credit. I just wish I lived in Orlando as I would definitely go there again.

I have been a client here for a couple years now, my hair has took a turn for the better and I greatly appreciate that. Sandy was my stylist, she's the manager at this location, who I also believe to be the founder of the salon, so there's nobody else to speak to if you have an issue, which is unfortunate. If you look at others previous reviews though, her attitude is a firm factor for why people have put 1-3 stars. So its a trend, it’s not us as customers.
