Efficent and Affordable The staff is efficient and always accommodating. Dr Quan is fabulous and I have referred other friends to the office.
Bad Experience. Don't go there Bad experience all around. I will never be back. Rude Dr. and staff. All she was interested in was selling me a hair package.
Very Unhappy I saw Dr. Gupta for spider veins. She was very quiet and seemed unsure of herself. I came in for one treatment. Without asking my permission, she continued with a total of four treatments! Leaving me with a bill 4 times what I expected upon checkout. I was extremely surprised and angry. On top of that, I saw NO visible results from her treatment. She did not follow up with me at all. This Dr. is all about the money!
Horrendous experience Horrible! I still have evidence of the burning sustained during the treatment. A one hour procedure took over 5 hours, An assistant prepped me with numbing gel but Dr. Gupta did not come into the room until 2 hours later By the time she finally started, the numbing gel had worn off and I experienced excruciating pain. She did only half of my face, then let me sit again for 3 hours before returning to do the rest .. Good, but expen$ive Yes, Dr. Gupta does good work. However, get all prices up front or you will likely be very surprised. I did not realize I purchased a "package" until the work was performed and I was out the door. I very much agree with the "hard sell." There is always a variety products that I am encouraged to purchase. I would like to use the makeup she recommends, but do not want to pay to have someone in her office try it out on me to see what I want to buy. It's all about the money This was the worst experience I've had with a doctor and I've gone to a few. First of all, she didn't even put me into a gown to look at my condition and determine what I needed. She also made a quick call after I said literally one sentence about my issue. Then tried to push a bunch of products which were all very expensive and the one I purchase cost me an arm and a leg and cause a horrible allergic reaction. Needless to say there was no refund. Jim Very pleasent, did what she was supposed to do, but I have no idea of the final results as I am only 2 days post op. Prices were up there but what price perfection. Afterall this is my face.
The best! I am very pleased with chosing Dr. Gupta for my doctor. She is caring and genuine. Her concerns for me and my problems is always her top priority and she has made wonderful improvements on my appearance. I had some fillers, botox, and laser work which have worked great for me. I had a little bit of swelling and bruising but it went away very quickly and she did warn me I would see some of that. Impeccable The complaints seem to be related to things that are attributable to any cosmetic procedure anywhere. Get your price on paper first so that there will be no question. In fact, elsewhere you must pay ahead of time. I once flew to L.A. for a procedure they then told me I could not undergo. (That turned out to be a good thing but that's another story.)
