Do not recommend I had 4 exilis elite treatments that cost $2700.00 with absolutely no results!! Dr. Gupta offered me 2 vela shape treatments - basically the same treatment- for my $2700.00 that I wasted...When I went back, the vela shape machine burned my leg, and then malfunctioned, and wouldn't work - another wasted trip. I do not recommend going here for any treatment!!!
Thrilled I am very happy with the results and overall experience. An area for improvement could be the wait time. A few weeks after treatment I attended a social gathering. When I went to say hi to a friend she did not recognize me immediately and after a couple of minutes she said "Oh my! I didn't recognize you! You look like a model!!" At 51, this is pretty amazing! Thanks Dr. Gupta and your team!
Disappointed Wow...where to begin........horrific experience. I do not feel this was the right procedure for me, but she is so money driven that she would tell Kate Moss she was fat. She was rude, She did things to intentionally make me feel uncomfortable after I asked her to correct a previous procedure that was unsatisfactory the first time. Borderline malpractice and completely money driven. DO NOT COME HERE.
BIG MISTAKE! HUGE regret!! She has NO idea what she is doing.. will take your money! Priced TWICE as much as her competition... NO PERSONALITY! NO BEDSIDE manner. BAD. BAD. Quoted me a price after a $50 consult fee and then had a another price (higher) after visit.. HUGE MISTAKE to go to her. DO YOU HOMEWORK.. there are other doctors that are far better. amazing results Dr.Gupta is a very caring and thorough doctor. I have been coming to her for 3 years now, mostly for vein treatments and the results are truly amazing! She listens to your ideas but also gives wonderful suggestions as well. She wants you to be satisfied and my legs look 100% better since I??ve been seeing her. I recommend her to everyone!
beware A few years ago I went to Dr. Gupta on the advice of a friend. I purchased a package of 10 treatments. After about 5 treatments which cleared up most of my spider veins, Dr. Gupta asked me what I would like to do with the rest of my treatments since I wouldn't need all ten for my veins. She suggested botox - I said no. She then suggested a photo...(multi-syllable word) which would eliminate pre cancerous sunspots on my face. 8 said that sounded great. Biggest Regret I would stay away from this doctor! I went in for smartlipo. She was awkward and had zero personality. I ignored my instincts & scheduled the procedure anyway. Big mistake. The day of my surgery, I almost walked out. The staff was very unorganized and lost my chart 3 times. The doctor was an hour and a half late to do my surgery. I now feel comfortable with my skin Dr. Gupta was very nice and informative. My skin was a hot mess! But through a series of BBL and Fratel treatments I now feel comfortable with my skin than I have ever felt since I've been 13 years old. I wish I would have found her years ago!
The staff was so nice and helpful. The staff was so nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions and fielded multiple calls from me even before I decided to go ahead with my procedure. It has only been a month since the procedure but my results are incredible! I am so happy with my results- they are better than I expected. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gupta and this procedure!
