I could not recommend a better place for people to practice but the Shakti Yoga & Living Arts. Anna Winkler is an incredible knowledgable and kind teacher who is able to guide her students to the very doorstep of perfection.
I attend yoga classes there ,I LOVE IT ,my instructions are wonderful to talk with the classes are life changing. Anna is a gem ��everyone should pop in an take a class,you will want to enroll in one of their many classes. Without my yoga I'll be a mental wreck. ....MY peace of mind ,MY LIFE����
Definitely my favorite yoga studio. Wonderful ambiance. Very friendly and warm. Anna's massages send me to lala land. On Sunday I had the best ropes class ever from C-Ray. Ah! Relief!
