RecommendedAnna's cueing is amazing and her knowledge of and dedication to yoga is obvious. There is something for everyone at the studio and it never feels manipulative. It's a great studio.
The place is inviting, so relaxing. The instructor Milena was great. We really loved the place and the class. Is a little far for us but I know we will go back soon!!

Excellent retreat this past weekend. The expertise, compassion & harmony of the instructors is incredible. Completely recommend.
The retreat was incredibly informative and covered a wide range of topics all related to yoga. The retreat center was beautiful, the accommodations excellent and the group really bonded. I can’t wait for the next one.

I started going to Shakti this year. I have taken classes here with three teachers and all of them are absolutely wonderful. They are not only serious practitioners of yoga who know what they are doing but seem to derive a lot of joy in helping other learn what they have benefited from. As a beginner, I have been a recipient of much encouragement in my 2 weeks here. The studio itself is clean and nicely decorated, and has a large and free parking lot almost right opposite it.
