I love this studio. It offers lots of different classes and healing modalities. I especially love Anna's alignment-based Hatha yoga class. It's changed my body and my life!

RecommendedEvelyn's Restorative class is amazing. She is a sweetheart and works very hard to make sure we are all comfortable. The atmosphere is always peaceful and relaxing just like her spirit.
RecommendedI attended Milena's Sunday class. She cordially greeted and welcomed the large class of people of varied experience with yoga and led us through a whole body sequence which started with our breath, and eyes. Her directions were clear and she offered modifications. We were challenged and in the end rewarded with a well deserved savasana. She closed the class with a beautiful, meaningful reading, sending us out into the world in a better state of mind and body.

RecommendedTory Trujillo's gift to vibrationally elevate crystal quartz singing bowls is unlike any sound meditation of it's kind that I've ever been to. At it's minimum the experience is very relaxing and melts away the stresses of the day; the potential for an ever expanding awarenes, and openness of my heart is the gift that I receive after every experience with Tory. If she were available monthly or more frequently I would certainly attend more often. Thank you and I look forward to returning again and again.
