RecommendedThe West Metro Delta Waterfowl Chapter held its annual fundraising banquet at the Shakopee Ballroom on October 15, 2020. I believe this is our fifth year of holding the banquet at the ballroom. As usual, Donna and crew did a great job with the event. They set up the facility to make social distancing possible. We limited the seating at each table to four people and the facilty was well-equipped with hand sanitizer, plastic gloves and masks. Recently had a wedding at the ballroom and all I can say that everything was perfect! Donna and staff were always on top of things, and every helpful. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

We recently had a quinceañera and the party was great but the service was awful. I can't even beging were to start from. The food was not what we had originally ordered, many of my guest were not offered anything to eat and the bar tenders did not want to serve alcohol so they would sell their own product. I had to personally get a pitcher for every table. The ballroom was great but the service was bad. I am very disappointed. At the end we were told that we had to seat people.
