Shaklee 180 has changed my husbands weight lose to help h achieve his lifestyle change in his daily life for the good. He loves it. My three adult children have also lost weight on 180 and achieved lifestyle changed and lowered cholesterol and bp. My 88 year old mother I give her 2 12 oz shakes as supplemental to her meals as she tends to not want to eat but she loves to drink the shakes.
