AWFUL! My wife was "treated" by 20 year olds, no doctor in sight. They misdiagnosed her, she had bronchitis (almost pneumonia) and the physician assistant gave her the wrong dosage against her height and weight. She now has pneumonia!!! NEVER, EVER GO THERE!!! Also, perusing the 5-star reviews. Looks like their employees and zero comments, as in nothing good to say.

My mother attempted to be seen at 7:30. Apparently you shouldn’t bother going in if it’s a half hour before close. They won’t see you. The girls at the front desk determined it wasn’t urgent and probably couldn’t do anything anyways. Completely unprofessional.
You have lost my husband and I as patients as of today. The practitioner that saw my husband today was rude and argued with him about the last time he was in. Accused him of lying to her about his visits and was totally unprofessional! Dr. Shaker if you read these comments you really need to evaluate your staff.
The provider at the Donegal office had an extremely unprofessional demeanor. I'm easy going and it takes a lot to get me mad. She had me so angry that I ask for my co-pay to be refunded. This is unfortunate because Shaker is near to my home. My children and I will never be returning. I was later treated at MedExpress by a qualified, respectful doctor.
Won't go there again. I rarely go to the doctor. My husband goes here all the time ( not anymore, I'll find a real family practice). I went for some issues. Made an appointment & paid my co- pay. Only to be told because I was only there once in the last year they aren't my pcp that I'd have to come back for another visit to establish them as my family doctor before they would do blood work. Hes been my pcp for 8 years now this is third time now been treated like i was drug seeking i will not return .i have asked to see him personally and they say ok when i get thier its not him.im tired of being rushed like im some nut case.i should have have just went to er.went in today for swelling pain and pressure in my breast and they tell me come back in two weeks take ibuprofen if that dont work. go to erwasnt even going to tell me what they thought it was until i was like well........and when your pa tells you i dont t... read more
