This office cannot adequately care for its patients. Unsafe and unethical practices that routinely cause delays in patient care. Inability to prescribe necessary medications, perform medication or testing prior authorizations due to the loss of major insurance companies despite their constant denial of such circumstances.
Went in. ...was seen promptly. Care providers were nice and kind. Was in & out quickly. Great experience. Donegal office.
80 minutes later and I'm still waiting on an insurance referral at a specialist office, I requested it two days ago. unacceptable. infuriating. and may be worth finding a new pcp.
I was treated twice in this office by Cindy Bubb. The first time I was bitten by my cat and my finger was red, swollen, and hot to the touch. She immediately tended to my wound and wrote me a script for an antibiotic. Within 2 days the swelling was gone and my finger felt better. The second time I was seen for a severe sinus infection. She treated me in a very professional manor and told me to see an allergy specialist. I took her advice and now my allergies are under control with no nasal congestion issues! I went there last night and it was about 7:45 and they seemed very annoyed and rushed me out. I am not happy with the care i received!
