RecommendedDr. Kim clearly loves animals and wants the best for them. He meets them on their level and helps make them comfortable in what isn’t always a comfortable place for a pet. His staff is likewise positive and caring. I’m glad we have such a great team for our pets.
My wife and I took our 2 kitties in for checkups and nail trimming, and we couldn't be more pleased. It's a beautiful new facility right in Shaker Square, and the staff is WONDERFUL! Great advice, great bedside manner, and very friendly towards humans too!
This is a very knowledgeable and thorough team. My eldest kitty had her dental work done there and she was taken care of promptly with no hassle, and is recovering well. This will be my new main clinic for both of my kitties.
Dr. Kim took exceptional care of my FIV+ cat who had a nearly full mouth tooth extraction today. He called me three times with information and updates. He even stayed late (along with his staff) to give BooBoo enough time to wake up from anesthesia. Grateful beyond measure to this veterinary office.
My two babies were in for separate reasons and were treated by both Dr. Kim and Dr. Spansky and their team, Sarah, Amber and Cora. They immediately tried to gain their trust to make my babies experience as relaxing as possible. Following their visit, both Doctors maintained daily contact with me to ensure their health and has gone above and beyond everyday for us. I am so glad that my babies get better health care and service than myself! Thank you and we love you guys! ��
