My experience with Shaker Square Animal Hospital has been great, Dr. Kim 🌷is soooooo compassionate & his knowledge of caring for all breeds is outstanding. very hands on, no matter my concerns. Takes time to listen & evaluate with you what approach to take. He staff are 🌷Exemplar , Amber, & 🌷 Chelsea🌷 are awesome, knowledgeable & always get back with you.. We had an excellent first visit! Nam (Dr. Kim) and his staff were friendly, kind, patient and informative. Fee was very reasonable. We’ve found our new vet!
Doctor and staff very friendly! Doctor answered all my questions and gave suggestions on diet, treats and dental hygiene for my puppy.
Dr. Kim & team are hands down the best in Ohio. I foster, rescue and take on hard luck pups. They work with owners and pets together. 🐾💜🐕
They tried their best to make my dog feel comfortable, despite her obvious nervousness and the environment was so calming for us both!
I have been so happy entrusting my animals to Dr. Nam and his friendly team. Dr. Nam, a very calm and relaxed man with clear passion for animals (being a vet is his second career and was his dream), always takes lots of time to talk things through. I like his philosophy on having cats and dogs ("treat them the way they trust you to"-team member) and have been amazed by thoughtful follow-up phone calls from both him and his team. (ps: they are also more reasonable than other places we have tried)
It says a lot about the staff when my normally aggressive cat acted so calmly while we were there. Dr. Kim and his staff were so very thorough and kind. This will now be where I take my pets, always. They are amazing and the atmosphere is so calming. Thank you for a stress free experience for my Grace!
