Friendly and knowledgeable staff, services cats and dogs and does general check ups for reptiles too! Everyone here really cares about our pets and we feel very comfortable bringing our animals here.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Nam and the staff at Shaker Square Animal Hospital. Everyone truly cares about what they do and they all take the time to get to know you and your pets. I will never go elsewhere as long as I’m in Cleveland.

I am extremely impressed with Dr. Kim after my first visit. In my 41 years of having dogs as family members, I have never EVER left a veterinary practice in Ohio (and i’ve been to many) feeling anything but disappointed; so, this is huge.
I am so happy to have found Dr. Nam and his clinic. He is very knowledgeable and has taken such good care of 3 out of 4 of my westies! I feel very comfortable to be in such good hands. I love his knowledge of natural remedies and holistic medicine!
We have now had 3 of our cats cared for by Dr. Kim. He is skilled, compassionate and readily available for questions and concerns. The entire staff clearly cares. Highly recommend!
