Best heatlhcare, I've ever had. They even schedule rides instead of my having to. Oak Street has monthly birtday party's, bingo and breakfast from Bob Evans among other services for their patients. They make me feel welcome because the whole staff is so friendly. They're even funny, sometimes, because they make me laugh. I needed help with matters like my living will and they even have social workers. My social worker was Lisa and I can't say enough about her because she has helped me in so many ways.
I was very pleased with the service that I received. Only thing I have to say is be aware of if the patient has another appointment. Take that into consideration don’t schedule for early time and don’t see them but then 15 minutes then you mess Jose it’s a half an hour. Service is very excellent.

I love oak street every body there is very nice and helpful. I feel comfortable going there and I’m always in and out .Shakeilah Burn is great too very nice and thorough and it’s Close to home..
The first time I went there, I left with a smile on my face. It is a great place. It's like a small hospital.
