The review has ZERO to do with the doctors! It has EVERY bit to do with how the office or whoever implements the billing rules. It needs to reevaluated. You should NOT wait until the day of to ask for deductibles in full. 1 when insurance is ran NOT ALL things are cleared i.e. copays that apply to said deductibles. 2. The day the appointment is schedule or atleast a week or so at the minimum the patient or parent should be advised what is expected upon arrival amounts etc. People take off work, kids have to stop meds etc. An... read more
This was such a positive experience. From the receptionist to the attendees to the physician, we were so very pleased with the care.
This is by far the best immunology office. They work so hard to figure out what’s going on with you. I’d recommend them to anyone!
She listens. She explained things and didn't make us feel unwelcome like our last doctor.
