I’ve come to Shahi Jewelry multiple times for jewelry repairs and to browse their beautiful collection. Each time, they’ve repaired, modified, and/or enhanced the pieces I’ve brought in with excellent precision and care. I highly recommend Shahi for jewelry and repairs, and take the time to chat with Alex! He’s always helpful and gives great advice and suggestions. I’m so glad to have such a great local jeweler here in Mission Viejo.
I stopped by here and asked for a quote of the diamond and gold jewelry I had since there's a sign on their window that they buy/sell. The lady used a magnifying instrument to check my diamonds and asked whether she could acid test one of my gold pieces. I agreed. Then she said they don't buy my gold and diamonds, although they confirmed it was real. Then why did you acid test my jewelry and wasted my time? They didn't seem forth right to me.
Wonderful, honest, and courteous jewelry store employees with beautiful and high quality jewelry.
I love visiting this place every time I’m in town, they have an excellent selection!
Alex was a great help with helping me get the clasp of my bracelet fixed. I called 30 minutes before closing on Saturday and he was happy to help me. Gave me a very great price and I was able to pick up the bracelet Monday afternoon. Very quick with great customer service and amazing prices. Highly recommend!
