I Had an appointment scheduled for 6/20/23 with Dr. Hillyer, they call me to reschedule my appointment with a different doctor due Dr. Hillyer being out the day of my appointment. The receptionist tells me if I want to schedule with Dr. Hillyer I will have to wait until September, when I have already waited two months for my initial appointment.
Best in Bakersfield. Dr. Hillyer is a confident and skilled surgeon. My recovery was fast and not very painful, indicating a precise surgery. He complimented that I was easy to operate on because I am fit, which was nice of him.
I highly recommend Dr. Hillyer, he truly cares for his patients and takes the time to listen. I had a large kidney stone that needed to be removed and I was in surgery within a week. He took care of me and really cared about my concerns regarding the procedure. Surgery was successful and I am feeling so much better! He is an amazing doctor
Dr Hillyer is the best urologist I have ever been to. He is explains everything. I recently had a surgery, and it was surprisingly very tolerable. Dr. Hillyer is very caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Hillyer to friend, family or anyone else.

Shahab is not only the best urologist I've ever met he is absolutely the best doctor I've ever met. He was friendly, patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He also truly went the extra mile. I've never met a doctor that's cared more and made me feel more at ease. Definitely recommend him to any and everyone.
