BEWARE ! SCAMMERS - This dealer and her sister company ******************** are cheats and Liers. I wish I would have read their reviews before I did the purchase. They will reset check engine lights without fixing the cars and will lie to you that they replaced the part and fixed the issue. No use contacting The manager as they will not return your calls. Definitely avoid this place. Theyre misleading, shady, and outright dishonest. They advertised a 2012 Aston ****** Rapide listing all its options including the $8300 Bang &Olufsen audio system. I flew to ******* to see/buy the car. I immediately noted that the radio did not work at all. Ace feigned surprise but was quick to suggest that the car simply needed to have its systems reset. Shah Auto Group stands behind all of it's sales. The sales are"as-is" and this customer was fully aware that the radio did NOT work before he purchased the vehicle. He was given a discounted price due to the defect and was happy with that. We encourage customers to research repairs before purchase. This 2012 Aston Matin was mechanically sound. A radio is a add on feature. ************* 100% was aware of what he was purchasing.
**STAY AWAY**Very shady, and sketchy. Not straight forward.Went through a week of time to get a loan for a 2017 Denali **** they had. Got the loan and check for it only for them to tell me as I was driving up there that I couldnt come. This car dealership has poor quality cars for sale...they may look nice but they're far from quality.three months later I have engine failure now they claim it's the finance company problem...warranty company giving me the run around because they don't want to replace my engine saying it only needs a certain repair and my certified mechanic tell them different they're hoping to just put a band aid on it and make it alrite...my worst experience ever dealing with a small car dealership
I had a great experience purchasing a car from Shah Auto. My new Jeep had low miles, one owner, very clean with diligent maintenance records, a few repairs were done, inspected and undercoated, for an extremely fair price! After buying the car there were some rattles in the front but, I contacted Frank and he immediately took care of it. Smooth trade-in process! ***** was very professional and courteous! He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle I wanted was ready upon my arrival. Definitely recommend and more than likely will come back in the near future for another vehicle.
I've been searching for cars for the past month and I must say ***** is the best car sales person I've ever met he is very straight forward very informative and most importantly he keeps his promises!
