The food was great, but the owner Jack is rude and the waitresses working outside on the deck were also rude. Jack assumed a customer was leaving with a mixed drink, started belittling her and as she tried to explain to him that the servant told her she could take the "drink"which was non-alcoholic, raised his voice in front all of customers and never would let her speak. I will never go to this place again, customers are the reason he even has a business.
Great food, great service.... you would be better off not going when owner isn't present.
Fabulous seafood.. seasoned nicely. .and the best sweet tea ever...definitely a place to visit on each trip..

Fantastic! Smoked fish dip was very tasty, came with crackers, jalapeños & pickled okra- yum! Oyster poboy and island chicken were both perfect. Service and attentiveness was off the charts. Plus, owned by an FSU alum! GO NOLES!! Can't wait to go back!

We love going to Shaggers! Great burgers, salads, fish tacos, etc. We go at least once every time we are in town. Always have good service, good food and they welcome our pooch!
Excellent Service, Excellent Food, Awesome Atmosphere
Our first visit there - they welcomed our dogs out on the heated deck! Gave them a nice bowl of ice water and treats!! Food and drink were excellent! Our waiter Paul was outstanding!! We will be back for sure!!!
Extremely long wait time for food. Food wasn't really that good to begin with. Charged gratuity for a party of 4 with 2 children. Will never eat at this place again.
Great place with good food, good beer, good prices and great staff.
