Food was amazing . I am giving three stars because the service was awful. We arrived pretty close to it opening and when we walked in I was told by someone outside to wait outside and they would seat us. I was then scolded by a gentleman telling me to come in or shut the door, because the air was running I was not even the person who opened the door and who was holding it open. So good! Cobia fish was the best
I have eaten here a few times and was disappointed by the service and food. My daughter was visiting and wanted to give it a try yesterday July 4th. After giving our name then being told of a 20 min wait we decided not to stay. The man said “ Go to Southport” and laughed . We had just left there and knew all the restaurants were closed. We were both disappointed in the mans rudeness and won’t ever go back. Turtle Island is where I’ll spend my money !

Our hostess and server were incredibly nice and the food was outstanding! Next time I’m in town, I’m definitely coming back to Shagger Jacks!!😊
We went their for the 1st time this past week. I loved it. Had a fabulous salad and the fried green tomatoes were outstanding. Had a very nice and good waiter. Will totally go back when we are on vacation again
