management here is awful and are mentally and emotionally abusive toward their stylists, especially the younger girls. they have now lost 4 stylists and a receptionist due to managerial problems in the past 2 months. this salon far from being ran professionally edit: i dearly apologize on behalf of the owner lying to clients that i was fired from shag- when in reality i quit do to their poor management & ownership. i am still taking clients while waiting for my suite to open. they have now had 5 stylists & 2 receptionists th... read more
I was a faithful customer of Jenna’s for over 10 years and she was fired shortly after being promoted. I then started going to Ali at Shag. She leaves because of management after many years of service. No third strike for Shag, I am headed to Red’s Barber and Salon on Lincoln Ave!

Jacquelyn and Jenna have both done my hair and made it look the best ever!! They really take their time so not only is it a cut and style but it’s a relaxing experience as it should be! � Worth the drive if you don’t live near Royal Oak. Great with color and short, fine, razor cuts!!
