I had been seeing Dr. Shafron for yrs. I found myself waiting in the seating area while others would come/go in shorter amounts of time & in some cases it would be 2 hrs before I was seen. Nothing was explained slowly enough, his staff was rude and didn't care. After switching to my new Dr, I feel so foolish to have waited so long. My new Dr explains things thoroughly, takes their time and really cares. Dont settle for poor treatment or service. Providers depend on patients for their business
