I can't remember when I started with Dr. Shafer, but I won't move around any more. She is very thorough and professional and has all the latest technology. If you don't have an optometrist or wonder if you could find a better one, I recommend this office if it is close to where you live. There are two people in our family who go there and she also helped with my mother before she passed away.
I've been seeing Dr. Shafer for several years now for my annual eye exam, and I'm very pleased. Dr Shafer's staff have always been very helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments and working with my insurance company. Two years ago, I traveled to Colorado for a ski trip, and I forgot my contacts. I called Dr. Shafer's office on a Saturday, and she emailed my prescription to me within a couple of hours so I could buy new contacts in Denver.
