I called this facility to request some information, not only was the front desk person rude and unprofessional but she disconnected my call very abruptly without even asking if there was anything else she could assist. I called back and she stated I gave you the information what more do you want?!!! I advised her so was very rude and unprofessional. A front desk is a reflection of the whole practice. I suggest the Dr takes note and trains her staff accordingly.
