Maintenance is the best, Rob and his guys are great. The woman running the phone and e-mail, Stacey, is one of the rudest people you’ll talk to. Not sure she knows that she’s in customer service. The apartment was nice, but not updated at all so expect high utilities on everything. Update: The move out process was not smooth, our deposit wasn’t returned until 6 weeks after our lease end date. There was an issue with the mail, which wasn’t their fault, but there was no communication or attempt to fix it until I reached out da... read more
