Ive been at Manteca MHP and I can honestly say that the management is outstanding. Tricia is professional, friendly, and responsive. Whether it's handling maintenance requests, answering questions, or addressing any concerns, she goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of. Highly recommend this mobile home park for anyone looking for a welcoming, well-maintained place to live!
Manteca MHP is a great place to live. Been here for 30 years. Our park manager is always attentive, helpful and accommodating with any needs or issues around the park, which are very few, because it is nearly always well maintained.
By far one of the best mobile home parks in Manteca in my opinion. Park is always kept clean and regulated a lot of newer mobile homes here that make the park look nice and it looks like the management is working on making the park look bettter. Trisha the park manager is very helpful when it come down to answering questions. 5 starts from me.
