The maintenance won't bother getting the pool cleaned nor inspected before summer. Why am I paying $1100 a month & can't experience the pool side during the summer season. Ridiculous
4 yrs there an they rob me of a referral fee of 800.00...an manage deliberately didn't put me on the ppl I referral application an I Rene at the corporate office went alone with the deception, I'm sure she got a commission for lying telling me it's on the way. But u get wht give out. It's not Shady Creek any more it's villa of Alexander Bay. Jus don't refer anyone, took 6 Mos to get my carpet shampoo. It's ok if you have family there
Mr. Christian was great. He answers all my moms questions. Very punctual and knowledgeable. We’ve spoken to another lady here last month and she was also helpful. Christian seems to be a great asset to this office staff.
I have been a resident here going on eight years now. The lay out is designed well for those of us who are mobility impaired and I have always felt a sense of safety and security living here. The management is diligent in getting things done and I have always found her to be very respectful. The property is well maintained which gives the residents a sense of pride in calling this home.
