I'm a great tenant and good to my neighbors. I take care of unit I dwell. I have asked for a water heater several times I lost count. I moved in May 30, 2019. I put the 1st work order in on July 2, 2020. I've seen 4 managers come and go. I dealt with their neglect, abuse and even the last one assaulted me and stole and slandered me. Please give me a water heater. Thanks and I like living here and love my neighbors. SHADY Creek knows this. Why NOT??? I try NOT to ask for anything. Excellent location, quiet with great atmosphere and attentive staff. I could relax here all day.
My mom stays in these apts and has had problems with one commode since she moved here in july,the dishwasher needs fixing,lots of little things not done at all.overcharged for rent for the first 2 months she moved in here.need more help from management and maintenance.thanks
. I SO PRAY IT GETS BETTER HERE. THE LAST TWO YEARS OF MY OVER 6 YR RESIDENCE HAS BEEN VERT TRYING.
The maintenance won't bother getting the pool cleaned nor inspected before summer. Why am I paying $1100 a month & can't experience the pool side during the summer season. Ridiculous
