The time Pearla has been here has been the best. You can tell she cares about the tenants here. If you have a problem with your apartment. Your work order is handled in a timely manner. Plus she doesn’t have an attitude with the tenants. Whatever she can do she does it.
Nasty swimming pool. It's rarely open this Summer. Infact it was closed until the 2nd week of July, but to dirty filthy to swim in.. it's still not fit to swim in. It would be a great risk. None of us elderly are going swimming here. Very sad...

The office lady perla is very sweet my grandma has lived there 5 years and has never spoken so highly of anyone at her property until now. She has really made a good change to the property thank you
I lovedthere at first until I got messed over on the rent 3 different prices then the fleas took maintenance was sorry apartment got flooded 3 times had to do my own roach and flea spray it's not worth 998.00
