I'll tell you why I loved it here, first of all I was told it was awesome. I'll vouch for that. I called and made reservations, first online, then a phone call. It was my girlfriend 's birthday and I wanted something special. I could have went anywhere, but the weekend weather was forecast to be real nice. I then chose Shadows. Staff was wonderful! Quick and attentive. My husband and I ordered the shrimp scampi. It wa ok- the shrimp was overcooked and chewy. I bit into chunks of garlic. We both felt it lacked flavor.
I've been to Shadows a few times and the only thing that was memorable was how pleasant the staff is...I heard Shadows was redone and when I walked in yesterday, I was amazed of the wonderful job they had done! The staff was just as amazing as they had always been but I also am pleased to say that I'll always remember yesterday cuz it was the 1st time, I had ever had Mahi-Mahi which was it was great and I highly recommend it! Shadows, keep improving, keep mastering and keep becoming greater!!!
