I accompanied a group of people yesterday from CT. I arrange day trips to NY & New England as fundraisers for our library. Shadows on the Hudson had first been recommended to me by my cousin. Then, coincidentally, I found out that Friendship Tours also recommended your beautiful restaurant. My group was very pleased with their meals. Our waiter was very cocky and kept disappearing when we asked a question he made comments about must be your first time here, maybe you've never been here before this is fine dining ....The menu options are eh and prices wow... should of left it the way it was !!!
Isabell treated us like queens during our lunch yesterday. The food was delicious and our desserts were works of art.
The flavors and service were great, but the food prep wasn't great and I had to cut a lot of the grizzle off my chicken.

After two separate visits, impressed by the professionalism of the staff and their attentiveness to things. Had visited with family both occasions (once for dinner, and just recently for the Easter brunch). Both times were pleasant and enjoyable. Definitely will be returning in the future for either a dinner with my wife or with family for the brunch again. All around a wonderful place for any occasion
