Great location! If I ever had a maintenance issue, management was always willing to be flexible for my schedule. They even came to finish work after hours since I worked night shift.
Terrible place to live kids running around hitting vehicles nowhere to park and management is no good either they pick (Favorites) been their to acquire details about possibly living their and the people who cut the grass threw mud and grass all over my white car at first it was no big deal untill management laughed at the fact I’ve Heard from several in the community that they complained to for up to 4 days out of the 7 day week being harnessed about just parking in the wrong spot and or being charged up to 200$ extra on re... read more
My buddy lives here and everytime I go over there he gets a complaint because of were we park or because our cars are too loud, very unfriendly place and the manager is terrible she’s always complaining about something
Lived here for 8 months and we really like it here. Property is well kept, staff is friendly, and we really like the layout of the townhouse. Neighborhood is quiet. Location is fantastic for my work and also very close to many shopping and restaurant destinations. The few maintenance issues we've had were handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend anyone looking to move to Anniston or Oxford to consider Shadowood.
