I lived here for 10 years and the community is great. The staff is awesome and takes care of residents as well as the property. Everyone gets along and has no drama it’s a great place to live. The manager is great she’s on top of things and always makes sure that everything is running smoothly. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live comfortable . Maintenance is amazing everything is always up to standards.
I had an excellent experience at Shadowcreek Apartments in Madera, CA. Destiny was incredibly helpful and took the time to personally show me the property. She explained the entire application process in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Destiny’s knowledge and friendly demeanor made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Property managers could truly take a page from her book—she’s super pleasant to be around and very easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
I’ve been in these apartments for over a year and my office manager destiny is amazing! Always so fast to reply with any concerns I have, any maintenance that needs to be done she gets it done right away, really makes things so easy for me. She communicates very well and is really fast, I love living here because of her and how easy she makes things for me!
Since moving here it has been a huge change for our family in such a positive light- Destiny has been extremely helpful towards any of mine or my husband’s maintenance needs/ work order requests and has gotten back in a timely manner, she has been resourceful when it comes to any questions we’ve had, and she makes a great effort to keep this property run correctly and keep it clean most importantly! Thank you management and staff for all that you do, It has made our living here easy!
My husband and I have been living here for about 3 months and so far we love it here! Considering we are right next to the freeway, it is pretty quiet! Destiny (the apartment manager) has been very informative with all of the different events happening and has been very helpful with all our questions. She has been very kind and respectful towards my husband and I. We have been recommending this apartment complex to all of our friends looking for a place to call home.
