Ms. Lena was very helpful in all areas that I needed help in. I am very grateful that she works at Shadow Ridge.
Moved into shadow ridge about 2 weeks ago…. So far it has been a great experience, neighborhood is very quiet and unproblematic! Lena in the office has been very kind and resourceful….. I went to her a few days back with a minor request and she waisted no time with assistance….. I live in one of the new upgraded units and it is beautiful, new washer and dryer in the unit as well Very pleased with my choice of moving here
I had a great experience with Mrs.Lena She was very kind & helpful from when I first applied all the way up until my move in date she’s very understanding whenever I needed anything. She made communication easy and is always willing to help or answer any questions I had/have.I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great landlord.
We waited 30 minutes for our scheduled apartment viewing, but no one ever came to assist us or let us know what was happening. This was very disappointing.
