Terrible customer service and communication I called this morning to reschedule my appointment not being able to make it due to the long drive and the terrible weather conditions. I was asked for my name in a snappy tone and I was rudely told your appointment is cancelled, and when I tried to ask about rescheduling another appointment I was immediately hung up on. This is the best Dentist I have ever seen. I am 62 and he has done numerous procedures on me and my family. We have been seeing him for about 6 years and will continue . I am almost afraid to give him such a good review because I don't want him to become over booked!
