facilities are very nice, mostly up to date in the unit I rent. reasonably priced living. staff is super friendly, but I have noticed emailing is tricky. I don't know how to reach a specific staff member, only a general email address. And when I have emailed that I get about 2 or 3 responses from different people and a phone call from another all telling me different information. staff doesn't seem to be on the same page about some things. overall, a nice place to live, just really hard to get a straightforward answer from 1... read more

I absolutely love working here. I am successful because my team is successful! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help and listen! Maintenance is always on task and the property always looks and smells terrific! Our grounds guy and cleaning crew always shine through. I recommend everyone come check out Shadow Hills and see for yourself!
Friendly atmosphere! Animal friendly! Amazing management too! Maintenance is quick and same day service!
Quiet, clean, love the underground parking and the outdoor pool and hot tub! And non smoking buildings!!! Must have this due to asthma. Just renewed our lease for another year!
