AWESOME APARTMENT I am in love with my unit, very organized , with granite and backsplash and best of all, ALL FLOORING! I recommend these apartments, My sister moved in first and when I saw the night security I had to apply. The staff really take cares of your needs on time.
Excellent Units Since I moved here the office staff and maintenance have showed me a great customer service, I am very happy with my decision of renewing my contract, fully recommend these apartments. Don't pay attention to negative reviews. stop by for a look and you'll see how nice these are.
BEST EXPERIENCE This is my first time I can truly say I'm beyond happy with my apartment choice. They have taken care of me to the fullest and provided the best customer service anyone can ask for. Excellent office and maintenance staff, keep up the good work !

Horrible service I’ve Been in the apartment for 3 years now and it’s horrible. I work most nights and with family when I’m off so I’m rarely home but when i am the trash is coming out of the trash cans over flowing into the streets. I’ve asked management to fix the tub because i have small children who can’t enjoy a bath because it needs to be resurfaced. How do this property Have 4 stars?! Only 3 reviews 2 being Poor!! SCAM ALERT!!! Never any hot water, trash is always overflowing, no visitor parking, maintenance takes forever to fix one thing. Management has attitudes, Seven days at a time with no hot water, no real vent over stoves. Gates always broken front and back. My mom had black mold in her unit with asthma and they still haven't resolved her issues. Tell me how do they have 4 stars when they are getting terrible reviews?!? Because they are scammers!!!!

Worst Apartment Ever This, by far, is the worst apartment complex in Houston. It's run-down. It's dirty. Don't even think about getting a deposit back, no matter how much you clean. They actually locked me out of my apartment and started remodeling before my lease was up, then charged me $150 for cleaning! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is horrible! awful , awful, awful Please , do not live here. I'm warning you. I have lived here less than a month and already complained more than 20 times!! The place is dirty . roaches everywhere . there are roaches in the light fixtures and even in the vent above the stove! Not only that but the roof leaks!! I live in a town home and somehow both the floors have leaks. The floors creak and are floorboards are loose.
