I've been visiting this office for close to two years and I never had a bad experience until today and will not be returning. Last week. the office reinserted a popped out left eyeglass lens, but since then I have had incredibly painful eye strain and my vision on the left side is very blurry and strained. Likely the lens just needed al small adjustment, but the office technician was very dismissive to not see if the lens placement needed adjustment but rudely to say that its "a me problem" and scoff at me. I have been going to Dr. Cho for several years and she has been the best optometrist I have had. The staff is very friendly and there is a wide selection of glasses to choose from after your appointment.
Another visit to Shades of California! I keep returning here because Dr Jessica Cho is an expert in eye care, their prices are very reasonable, every employee is more than competent and plain old nice! I love this place and highly recommend them. I’ve been coming here for years and it's still the same crew. Their selection of frames is endless and I can spend hours here unable to make up my mind. They have great service and a great selection of frames. I like the Sabline brand since it’s lightweight and flexible.
